Hotel Policies
RATES AND DEPOSITS
Rates may change due to changes in your arrival and/or departure dates and room types. All rates are given in Euros. The maximum number of guests per room depends on room types. Please check your room type descriptions for details. Children aged 12 and over remain adults. Room rates include 8 percent VAT.

CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND PAYMENTS
A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. At the time of booking, your credit card will be charged the amount stated on the booking confirmation page or in the email. Bank cards are not accepted. Exchange rates are valid at the time of booking but are subject to currency fluctuations and you may be billed at the applicable exchange rate upon completion of your stay. Please note that all rates given on the website are in Euros. The name on your credit card must match the name on your reservation. Otherwise, please note that your reservation will not be guaranteed and may potentially be cancelled.

The credit card must be presented at check-in along with a valid photo ID of the cardholder and the registered hotel guest. On the day of arrival, Alusso Thermal will pre-authorize your credit card to ensure sufficient funds are available to cover all accommodation expenses. If the credit card is declined, invalid or no credit card is presented, another form of payment will be required or the reservation may be canceled without notice. CHECK-IN AND EXIT
Check-in time is 14.00 at the earliest, check-out time is 12.00 at the latest. To check in and register for a room, you must be at least 18 years old or staying with your parents. A valid government-issued ID or passport must be presented at check-in.

If you arrive at the hotel before the regular check-in time, you are advised to contact the Hotel Reception for assistance in storing your luggage until check-in is available. For early check-ins, an early check-in fee of 50 percent of your daily fee will be applied. Early check-in is available upon request only, subject to room availability and occupancy levels. For your early check-in requests, please contact the Hotel before your arrival.

For your late check-out requests, please inquire about late check-out availability with the Hotel Front Office - Reception at least 24 hours before departure. A half-day room fee may be charged for late check-outs between 12.00-18.00, and a full-day room fee may be charged for late check-outs after 18.00.

SMOKING POLICY
All rooms at Alusso Thermal are non-smoking. Smoking in indoor areas is prohibited by local law. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas.

PET POLICY
Pets are not allowed.

By continuing with the reservation, you also accept and declare that if the reservation is accepted by Alusso Thermal, your stay will be subject to the Hotel's standard accommodation terms and conditions. Alusso Thermal has the right to change, amend and/or otherwise modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The reservation and the terms and conditions specified herein will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

We declare and undertake that the confidentiality of your personal information is important to us and that it will not be shared with third parties, institutions or organizations other than legally authorized persons. All links and their contents on our site are the responsibility of the site owners, their privacy rules are determined by their own privacy policies.
